Louis Stevenson and I worked for Tradecraft NZ to create music for each Grava wine to try and bring out its unique character. Morven McAuley took us through a wine tasting and together we developed visual and sonic imagery for each wine along with Benj Brooking (film artist). This enhances the tasting experience of each variety.
